Masala Mantra Indian Cuisine

We had an incredible time at the grand opening of Masala Mantra Indian Cuisine last night. The venue was stunning, and the ribbon-cutting ceremony was a hit as soon as we walked through the door. The balloon arc at the entrance was a creative touch. The food was exquisite, marking my first Indian culinary adventure, and I'm eager to return for more. The owners were welcoming and made an effort to chat with us. We're already planning our next visit, and I highly recommend trying their signature drink, the Guava Mary—it's divine!

We found this Indian restaurant by accident and we are so happy we did. The vibe is so chill, and the service was excellent. The best part was that the food was absolutely spot on. My youngest had the butter chicken, and it was so flavorful. The chicken lollipop appetizer could have been a meal for one . The goat curry and the chicken tiki masala also hit the spot. Make sure to order the fresh made Naan to wipe up all the sauce.

If you have read other reviews of mine, you know I always start off with my history. Short version is I travel all over the World with business, which gives me opportunity to eat Indian Food (and others) all over the World. Sometimes I find hidden gems, other times I find stones. Masala Mantra Indian Cuisine is absolutely off the charts fantastic and a total hidden GEM! I literally just ate the finest Lamb Rogan Josh I've ever had. Stunning bouquet of flavor in the curry, the lamb was very well portioned and cooked to Total Perfection. Your fork would fall through the lamb it was so tender. I did plain Naan which was of course fantastic, authentic and perfectly cooked. Slurped it all down with a Taj Mahal. Usually I write a lot more descriptions of the flavors, but this was such an overall flavor explosion that I don't think I can put it into words. Truly the finest Rogan Josh on the planet to date for me. I've eaten Indian food in the UK, Europe, Australia, Southeast Asia, pretty much every single state in the US short a handful. This place is for sure top five overall experience, and Number One Lamb Rogan Josh. The ambience of the location is upscale and nice. Great place to bring a date, also a nice place to bring the family. Table servers were top-notch, very attentive but not intrusive. 10/10 Experience! Update! Say YES to the Chocolate Dessert! Holy Moly! Also there Cardamom Dessert

10/10 service. Amazing food and drinks. accommodated to my restrictions. The ambience was very nice. The music was a tad bit too loud, but still fun. Our waiter was very understanding and patient with us. At the end of the night they apologize for the lack of options, due to my restrictions, and stated that the next time we would come in, there will be more options to help accommodate. This is the first time any restaurant has ever said that to me, which was truly appreciated. I highly recommend this to families, friends and all ages.

YUMMY! We had the Basket Chaat, Chicken Tikka Masala and Tikka Dum Biryani with a side of Garlic Naan. All of our food was delicious and fresh!

First time trying Masala Mantra, and it did not disappoint. Indian food is one of our favorite cuisines and this restaurant is better than most that we've tried. All dishes were extremely fresh and packed with flavor. We'll be back for sure.

We ordered from the lunch special menu and we're surprised at the portion sizes. Server was extremely attentive and the food was amazing. We loved the vibe of the restaurant.
